Yes, thats correct, FREE!

We are teaming with the malware mitigation giant FireEye to offer a free hacking and security seminar to anyone that wants to attend (or at least to those who make it before it fills up). Our Hacker's Breakfast series has been one that our customers have enjoyed for over a year now. In this event we are bringing in a FireEye Subject Matter Expert and we are providing one of our own. These two will be performing 4 hours of lecture / lab on the topic:

Advanced Persistent Threat | Attack and Defend

Alex Lanstein from FireEye will be going over some demos and discussion on some recent malware based attacks and then after him, Timber Wolfe (one of our guys) is covering the rapidly expanding science of Honey Nets and Honey Farms.

The event is being held at the Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt, MD, which is directly next door to our Greenbelt, MD headquarters. Breakfast will be served at 8:15am and the show goes on until 12:30pm.

Topics: advanced persistent threat, advanced security, Cisco, cybersecurity, hacking, honeyfarming, honeynetting, honeypotting, information assurance, malware, malware analysis
